Maple Task Templates: Build, Save, Distribute
Description
Maple comes with some 350 Task Templates: preformed structures for accomplishing a specific task. For example, there is a Task Template for implementing the steps of implicit differentiation. There is another set of Task Templates that draw the region of integration in a multiple integral. The existing Task Templates span Algebra, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Curve Fitting, Geometry, plotting, Statistics, etc. Some Task Templates simply assemble appropriate Maple commands for accomplishing a task. Insertion of such a template allows users to accomplish that task with their own input data, without having to look up any commands or deal with any syntax.
In this webinar, you’ll learn how to add your own Task Templates to the existing 350 Task Templates in Maple. This webinar will demonstrate how to build, save, and distribute user-created Task Templates including both simple command-based, and more complex component-based templates. As a necessary by-product, viewers will learn all about embedded components.
