Analyze the Path of a Liquid-Handling Robot

A high-fidelity model of the liquid handling system, incorporating system components from various domains and externally defined data, was created using MapleSim. The system was simulated with the desired trajectory and the results were examined in Maple. The results of the simulation showed each axis to be capable of closely following the desired path of motion. However, an animation of the motion of the X and Y axes along the desired trajectory showed there to be some vibration along the Y axis preventing it from fully establishing its position in the prescribed amount of time.
