In order for your Maple T.A. content to be posted to the Maple T.A. Content Center, you must accept the terms of the following license agreement.
License Agreement
The submitter of this form (the "Author") has developed Content (the "Content") for Maple T.A. and wishes to submit the Content to Maplesoft, a division of Waterloo Maple Inc. for publication by Maplesoft or its agents.
1. The Author grants to Maplesoft a non-exclusive, perpetual License and right to use all or any part of the Content, including the right to modify or adapt the Content, for the promotion of Maplesoft. (Note: This agreement does not give Maplesoft the right to use your Content inside Maplesoft products. Such an arrangement would require a separate agreement by both parties.)
2. The Author represents that the Content is the original work of the Author, the Author has the right to grant a License to Maplesoft with respect to the Content, no other party has any right, title or interest in or to the Content, and that the use of the Content by Maplesoft will not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. The Author agrees to execute such documents and take such other action as Maplesoft may request in order to give effect to the intention of this License Agreement.
This License Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Author, and all heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns of the Author.
