This update to Maple Toolbox for MATLAB® is available to all users who have the Maple 13 version of this toolbox.
This update provides support for MATLAB® 7.9 (R2009b) and must be installed in order to use this toolbox with MATLAB® 7.9 (R2009b).
Who is entitled to this update?
This update is available to all users of the Maple 13 version of Maple Toolbox for MATLAB®.
If you wish to use Maple Toolbox for MATLAB® together with MATLAB® 7.9 (R2009b), then you need to install this update.
If you are using Maple Toolbox for MATLAB® with MATLAB® 7.7 (R2008b) or MATLAB® 7.8 (R2009a), you do not need to install this update. No action is required.
How do I get this update?
To install this update, you will need to download a new copy of Maple Toolbox for MATLAB®, and install it into the MATLAB® 7.9 (R2009b) folder. Follow these steps:
- Ensure you have Maple 13.02, which is required to install and use this update. See the Maple 13.02 update page for details.
- Important! During installation, you will be asked for your purchase code. Find your purchase code and record it in a safe location separate from the installation folder, which will be removed in step 3.
- Remove your existing copy of the Maple Toolbox for MATLAB®. To uninstall this toolbox, follow the instructions for your platform:
- Windows (32 & 64-bit):
a. Navigate to c:\Program Files\Maple 13\toolbox\MapleToolboxForMatlab\Uninstall_MapleToolboxForMatlab.
b. Double-click on Uninstall_MapleToolbox.exe
c. Follow the on-screen instructions
- Macintosh:
a. Navigate to /Library/Frameworks/Maple.framework/Versions/13/toolbox/MapleToolboxForMatlab
b. Double-click on Uninstall_MapleToolbox
c. Follow the on-screen instructions
- Linux (32 & 64-bit)
a. Navigate to $HOME/maple13/toolbox/MapleToolboxForMatlab
b. Double-click on uninstallMTM
c. Follow the on-screen instructions
- Download the new version using the link below.
