Maple and Excel 2000

Maple 6 is available as an add-in to Microsoft(R) Excel 2000 for Windows(R). The following is a description of the features.

Access to a subset of the Mathematics section of Maple's online help

Maple Function Wizard to step you through the creation of a Maple function call

Enable the Add-in
|
|
|
Enable the Maple 6 Excel Add-in from within Excel 2000.
|

From the Tools menu, choose Add-Ins.
|
2.
|
If you are using a version of Microsoft(R) Office that is not English, French, or German, the Maple 6 Excel Add-in will not be listed. In that case, click Browse and select the WMIMPLEX.xla file in the Excel directory in the directory where Maple 6 is installed, and then click OK.

Select the Maple 6 Excel Add-in check box.
